After thoroughly analyzing M Group Conseil’s objectives and business model, we developed a comprehensive LinkedIn corporate strategy. This guide, which outlined key audiences and themes to address, quickly became a go-to resource.
To stay aligned with M Group Conseil's evolving business needs, the corporate strategy was reviewed annually. This process allowed us to update objectives and identify new communication campaigns to implement.
Each month, the company received comprehensive support from our team: writing posts, creating visuals, analyzing performance, and holding follow-up meetings with the marketing manager.
Alongside the plan, we launched several large-scale campaigns to help M stand out by using innovative formats. For example, we produced video segments featuring team members simplifying complex management concepts. We also organized two live LinkedIn webinars, providing coaching and dry runs ahead of the event.
To further strengthen the community forming around the brand and diversify communication channels, we introduced a monthly LinkedIn newsletter called “Healthy Management Practices QC.” In just one year, it gained over 1,200 subscribers – a proven tool for boosting credibility and visibility!
Once the corporate communication strategy was up, and running effectively, we sought to increase M Group Conseil's visibility while highlighting internal expertise. The logical solution was to launch an employee ambassador program on LinkedIn, the social network where M’s business community and future employees are active.
Two partners, Marc-Antoine Coutu and Alexandre Laroche, were selected as spokespeople. Over six months, they received comprehensive support, including defining their individual positions, writing all their posts, and monthly coaching sessions.
Highly engaged, the ambassadors fully embraced their roles and covered compelling topics related to their field: simplifying management concepts, and industry opinions, showcasing internal culture, client cases, and more.
In addition to achieving impressive results, Marc-Antoine and Alexandre quickly became self-sufficient in executing their own LinkedIn strategy.
